Our Property: DIGIT.BIZ, its logos, software, designs, and proprietary architecture are the exclusive property of DIGIT BIZ GLOBAL. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platforms.

Your Property: You retain full ownership of all data, text, files, and content you upload, store, or process through our Services. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain modules within DIGIT.BIZ require active subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to our billing terms:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected plan.
• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
